Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to work areas on scheduled service dates.

Permits, HOA approvals, and utility marking requirements remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment structure and milestones are defined in your project agreement.

Outstanding balances may delay scheduling, completion, or final handoff documentation.

We perform services using methods and materials aligned with the approved project scope.

Natural weather events, acts of third parties, misuse, lack of maintenance, or post-installation modifications are outside our control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service at issue.
